Panic Disorder

It is common to have moments in your life where your anxiety levels reach heights that cause panic. However, people with panic disorder regularly experience panic attacks at any time, often without an apparent reason. Typically, panic attack last roughly 5 to 20 minutes. The number of attacks a person has depends on their own unique situation. One of the most important things people will need to learn is that although attacks can be scary, they are not dangerous and do not cause physical harm.
